I view our time together as important. Really important. Sure, technology allows us to share ideas and information without being in the same room, but being in the same room allows us to have rich and spontaneous discussions much more easily, and they are, in my opinion, much more enjoyable and beneficial.

Our time together in the classroom is an opportunity for me to add value to your studies. You don't need me to regurgitate the textbook for you. (If that is all I'm doing, what's the point? Where's the value?) Instead, I do my best to use class time to give you context and detail and nuance, to explain and illustrate, to help you really grasp the legal concepts we study, and show you how they apply to both your personal and business life. I don't always succeed - sometimes I feel like Kermit - but I give it my all.
