In this lawsuit I found the connection to recent class material, breach of contract. In Uber's case they made a data breach. A year ago Uber's data was hacked and rather than outwardly acknowledging this Uber decided to pay off the hackers instead in order for them to delete the stolen information. Crazy secrecy! Now money is owed to Arizona Uber drivers that were effected by this breach. The Chief now states that the company has now instituted new principles related to transparency, integrity, and accountability. Shouldn't these principles have already been established
